Single Ply Roofing
TPO membranes are single-ply roof membranes constructed from ethylene propylene rubber. They are designed to combine the durability of EPDM rubber with the proven performance of hot-air weldable seams. They have been tested as having excellent resistance to ozone, are algae-resistant, environmentally friendly and safe to install. TPO is highly resistant to tears, impacts, and punctures with good flexibility to allow for building movement. TPO's are available in white, light gray, and black.
Properly installed TPO roof systems have service lives ranging from about 10 to 20 years, depending on the type of installation. Full removal of the existing roof, the amount of slope the roof has, weather conditions, as well as several other criteria contribute to the longevity of a roof's service life. Typically, if you remove an old roof down to the deck before installing a new one, then the new roof will last longer. Also, the steeper the slope and the less severe the weather conditions, the longer a roof will last. High winds and hail can do a roof in rather quickly.
Tile Roofs offer beauty and protection against Florida's harsh elements. Isaacs Roofing has designed a complete system to outperform other specifications by utilizing the newest technologies with proven roofing practices. By creating a complete "System" all components work together to form long-lasting, worry-free security.
More people are turning to metal roofs. In most cases, metal roofs can last up to 20 years +. Easily shrugging off the effects of rain, wind, mildew, insects, and rot, metal is a great choice of roofing material. Metal roofs are also much lighter and easier to install than traditional tile roofs. You can expect to shave a day or two off the time of a traditional roof installation by opting for metal roofs.
Fluid Applied Roofing
A liquid-applied roofing system consists of multiple components that come together to form a fully adhered, seamless, and self-flashing membrane. Components include liquid applied coatings and mesh membranes to create a true liquid membrane system that preserves and protects the integrity of the building (per GAF).
Modified Roofing Systems
Modified Bitumen (MB) roofing is an asphalt-based, close cousin of the Built-up-Roof (BUR) designed for buildings with low-slope or "flat" roof structures. Modified Roofing Systems are formulated to resist extreme exposure to harsh environmental elements. With five layers of protection it is a very reliable choice.
LWIC roof decks are a permanent roof insulation system. LWIC roof deck systems will last the life of the building. This greatly reduces the cost of roof replacement, lowering life-cycle costs. Only a few roofing companies are liscensed to install in the state of florida.
